The findings reveal: Functional value includes the "heart-nourishing" effect of cultural identity, the "soul-forging" role of community emotions, and the linkage between social capital and rural revitalization. Challenges include insufficient resource investment, a talent&amp;nbsp;inheritance gap, homogenization and commercialization impacts, and a lack of dissemination channels. Practical pathways involve improving institutional guarantees, strengthening talent cultivation, integrating modern technology, and constructing collaborative platforms.</abstract><keywords>Dayaoshan area,ethnic traditional sports, forging a strong sense of the Chinese national community,Practical Pathways</keywords></article-meta></front><body/><back><ref-list><ref id="B1" content-type="article"><label>1</label><element-citation publication-type="journal"><p>[1] Xinhuanet, 2021, Xinhua News Agency: Promoting High-Quality Development of the Party&amp;rsquo;s Ethnic Work in the New Era with the Main Line of Forging a Strong Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation.&amp;nbsp;visited on January 21, 2026, https://www.neac.gov.cn/seac/c103253/202108/1152266.shtml#&amp;nbsp;
