LTD.10.18063/JMDS.v11i1.1368ArticleEffect and Validity Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing in Patients with Chronic Nephritishttps://artdesignp.com/journal/JMDS/11/1/10.18063/JMDS.v11i1.1368WangLina,ZhuMin20261112026-03-16Objective: To evaluate the value of comprehensive nursing in the rehabilitation of patients with chronic nephritis. Methods: A total of 100 patients with chronic nephritis admitted to the hospital from August 2024 to August 2025 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table: the control group (n = 50) received routine nursing, while the observation group (n = 50) received comprehensive nursing. The quality of life and complication rates between the two groups were compared. Results: The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); the complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing in the rehabilitation of patients with chronic nephritis can prevent various complications and reduce the impact of the disease on quality of life, making it worthy of reference.chronic nephritis, comprehensive care, complications, quality of life
