Curriculum ideological and political teaching integrates professional training with value guidance to cultivate talents with solid competence and moral integrity. As a core economics and management course, Financial Management contains abundant implicit educational resources in professional ethics, legal awareness and social responsibility. Current college financial management teaching overemphasizes skill training and neglects moral cultivation, with fragmented, formal ideological integration that fails to meet the high-quality talent demands of China’s financial industry. Adopting literature research, case analysis and practical induction, this paper analyzes dilemmas in financial management curriculum ideological and political construction, explores core ideological and political elements, and builds a systematic four-in-one teaching system covering teaching objectives, content, methods and evaluation, alongside complete supporting mechanisms. This research eliminates the disconnection between professional and ideological education, realizes integrated knowledge teaching, ability cultivation and value shaping, and provides practical references for the high-quality reform of financial management curriculum ideological and political teaching.Financial management, Curriculum ideological and political education, Morality education, Teaching reform, Value guidance
