Exploring the establishment of a legal risk prevention system for local public administration from a legal perspective has become a central task in the ongoing reform and optimization of local governance. Based on this, the article first briefly elucidates the necessity of constructing such a system from a legal standpoint, then delves into its implementation strategies.
