Enterprise practice for higher vocational teachers serves as a vehicle to activate teaching resources and strengthen the construction of the “dual-qualified” teacher workforce. Grounded in the reform of key areas such as textbooks, practical training, and teaching methods, this paper deeply analyzes the driving role of teachers’ enterprise practice in the development of teaching resources, the enhancement of teaching capabilities, and the alignment of school-enterprise education. Confronting practical obstacles, such as cognitive biases in practice, inadequate management systems, and misaligned practice content, this paper seeks improvement approaches from perspectives including ideology, institutional processes, content systems, school-enterprise platforms, and assessment mechanisms.
