This paper analyzes the application status of prefabricated construction technology at home, discusses its development features from the point of view of implementation of the structure system, implementation of the building procedure, and quality management, and points out major problems in the industry, including inconsistent technical specifications, poor efficiency of construction coordination, and low professional level.
