This paper takes the high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education as its starting point, conducts an in-depth analysis of its value implications, focuses on major tasks such as program development, curriculum design, and practical teaching infrastructure, and proposes strategic measures, including strengthening top-level design, enhancing substantive development, deepening industry-education integration, and advancing digital transformation.
