This study systematically analyzes the current situation and existing challenges in Student Evaluation of Teaching practices at Qilu University of Technology. In response, an optimized evaluation framework is proposed, featuring outcome-oriented indicators, multi-stakeholder participation, process-based assessment, effective feedback mechanisms, and the cultivation of an evaluative culture.
