This paper takes the school-enterprise collaborative construction of personal IP visual system for visual communication design majors driven by industry-education integration as the research theme. It clarifies the theoretical basis and practical significance of industry-education integration, defines the connotation, core elements and construction dilemmas of personal IP visual system, and designs a four-stage cyclic collaborative framework of demand analysis, system design, practical verification and iterative optimization. It also puts forward implementation paths such as curriculum system reform, co-construction of internship bases and collaborative training of mentor teams.
