Improving medical quality and safety not only safeguards public health rights but also constitutes a core aspect of hospital management. Establishing standardized operational procedures is an effective measure for enhancing medical quality and safety. Since August 2018, Deyang People&amp;rsquo;s Hospital has implemented a standardized laparoscopic cholecystectomy procedure through collaborative efforts between administrative departments and multiple clinical departments, effectively ensuring patient safety and therapeutic outcomes.
