LTD.</publisher-name></publisher></journal-meta><article-meta><article-id pub-id-type="doi">10.18063/APM.v11i3.1650</article-id><article-categories><subj-group subj-group-type="heading"><subject>Article</subject></subj-group></article-categories><title>Construction and Application of Early Rehabilitation Protocol for Post-stroke Dysphagia Based on the Closed-loop Management of “Assessment-Intervention-Monitoring”</title><url>https://artdesignp.com/journal/APM/11/3/10.18063/APM.v11i3.1650</url><author>YuPeng</author><pub-date pub-type="publication-year"><year>2026</year></pub-date><volume>11</volume><issue>3</issue><history><date date-type="pub"><published-time>2026-03-26</published-time></date></history><abstract>Objective:&amp;nbsp;To analyze the efficacy and clinical value of an early rehabilitation protocol based on the closed-loop management mode of &amp;ldquo;Assessment-Intervention-Monitoring&amp;rdquo; in patients with post-stroke dysphagia. Methods:&amp;nbsp;A total of 78 patients with post-stroke dysphagia admitted to our hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups by the random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment, while the observation group adopted the early rehabilitation protocol based on the closed-loop management of &amp;ldquo;Assessment-Intervention-Monitoring&amp;rdquo;. Nutritional indicators and immune function were compared between the two groups.&amp;nbsp;Results:&amp;nbsp;After treatment, the nutritional status of both groups was significantly improved compared with baseline (P&amp;nbsp;&amp;lt; 0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P&amp;nbsp;&amp;lt; 0. 05). In terms of immune function indexes and clinical effectiveness rate, the observation group was significantly superior to the control group (P&amp;nbsp;&amp;lt; 0.05).
