Methods: 64 patients with non-dementia vascular cognitive impairment admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected and divided into a combination group and a rehabilitation group using the random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. The rehabilitation group used simple rehabilitation training, while the combined group added repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment on the basis of rehabilitation training. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The cognitive function score and total quality of life score of the combined group were higher than those of the rehabilitation group, and the total effective rate of treatment was higher (p &amp;lt; 0.05).
